How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — access continues to end of period.

Cancellation is self-serve and takes about ten seconds.

Steps

  1. Open Settings in the left rail.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. Click Manage subscription. Stripe's customer portal opens in a new tab.
  4. Click Cancel plan and confirm.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period (e.g. cancel on the 5th, paid features drop on the next renewal date).
  • Then your account drops to Free automatically. Your sources, saved queries, and chat history all stay.
  • If you exceed the Free limits (3 sources, 50 messages / month) the agent will pause until you trim sources or resubscribe.

Refunds

We do not auto-refund partial months. If you cancel because the product is broken or unusable for you, email support@harbingerexplorer.com and we will refund the partial period without questions.

Switching plans instead of cancelling

If your reason for cancelling is "this is too much for what I use", consider downgrading to Analyze (€10/mo) instead. Same product, lower limits, same data.

Re-subscribing later

You can resubscribe any time from Settings → Billing. Your data was never deleted, so the moment you upgrade, your previous limits return immediately.

Pausing instead

We do not currently support pausing a subscription. Cancel and resubscribe achieves the same thing — your data stays put.
